How To Use

Use a handheld spray bottle to apply a light, even mist.

Let surfaces air dry completely.

Do not wipe or rinse after spraying.

Always apply in a well-ventilated space and allow to dry before reentry.

EPA-Registered Mold-Resistant Preservatives – Integrated into a dry film to help resist mold on the coating itself.

Durable Polymer Matrix – Forms a water-resistant barrier designed for long-term endurance.

Water-Based Carrier – Enables a low-VOC application without harsh chemicals.

Wood

The wood on the right was treated with Endurance Pro while the wood on the left was untreated. Both pieces of wood were inoculated with Cladosporium and then placed in a 100% humidity chamber for 15 days.

Siding

Photo was taken 20 months after the highlighted area was treated with Superstratum Endurance Coating Pro. Even after normal rain, snow, wind, and sun the surface treated showed no signs of mold growth. The untreated surface had significant mold and algae growth.

Roof

A Georgia customer’s before picture of a moldy rooftop that grows mold each year after previous year cleaning. This year after cleaning Superstratum Endurance Coating Pro was added for protectant. After picture taken 12 months later shows no mold growth in area that was treated.

Lab

A 6% & 25% dilution of the quat salt solution was prepared with Superstratum Endurance Coating Pro. Each sample was sprayed direct on to the petri dish and allowed to dry. Test dishes were then inoculated with a mold specimen. By day 15 mold had overtaken both test dishes with solutions of quat salt. Superstratum Endurance Coating Pro showed no signs of growth.

What does the Endurance Coating do?

Superstratum Endurance Coating forms an invisible, water-resistant film that resists mold growth. This is achieved through a unique synergy between EPA-registered preservatives and a durable polymer matrix. Together, these components provide long-lasting mold and water resistance within the dry film.

Where should I apply it?

Apply the Endurance Coating to areas exposed to moisture or prone to collecting dust. This includes grout lines, caulk, HVAC units, furniture, fabrics, window frames, subfloors, attics, crawlspaces, basements, and any areas previously affected by water or mold.

How long does it last?

When applied properly, the film can last years on undisturbed surfaces. In high moisture areas like bathrooms, expect about 10 weeks of protection. For low moisture spots like siding or decks, it lasts around 2 years. In undisturbed areas like attics or crawlspaces, it can last up to 10 years.

Is it safe to use around children and pets?

Yes. Our formula contains no bleach, peroxide, quaternary ammonium salts, or metals, and no protective gear is needed during application. Once fully dry, it's safe to be around and ideal for use in spaces shared with children, pets, or those with chemical sensitivities. Always apply in a well-ventilated area and let it dry completely before reentry.

Can I apply it myself?

Yes, the Endurance Coating is DIY-friendly and easy to apply. It should always be the last step in your process. For example, after painting or sealing a wooden fence, apply the Endurance Coating as the final layer. Simply shake the bottle well, then apply a light mist coat using a handheld spray bottle or garden sprayer. For larger areas, like framing or attic joists, an airless sprayer with a 411 or 211 tip is ideal to reduce overspray and achieve a light coat. The formula is invisible white when applied but dries completely clear. Just remember to shake well before using and a little goes a long way!
