We, Spring Bayou Distribution (trading as Superstratum Labs), may share certain data — such as browsing behavior and purchase history — with advertising partners (including through Shopify's advertising infrastructure) in ways that may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell your personal information for direct monetary compensation.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we receive and verify your opt-out request, we will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising purposes as soon as practicable, and no later than within 15 business days. We will also direct our service providers and contractors to honor your opt-out as required by law.

Opting out will not affect your ability to use our website, make purchases, or receive order-related communications.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive a different quality of service as a result of your opt-out request.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require verification that the agent is authorized to act for you before processing the request.

Minors Under 16

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If you are under 16, or the parent or guardian of a minor whose information we may hold, please contact us to request deletion.
