To get the best results, you cannot rush the chemistry. You will need to be without your vehicle for the duration of the treatment:

• Gas Treatment: Requires 12 hours (overnight) to penetrate and neutralize toxins.
• Coating Cure: Requires 24 hours to dry and bond completely after application.
• Recommendation: Start on a Saturday morning so you are ready to drive by Monday.

🛠️ Prep Your "Zone"

Ensure you have the following ready:

1. Park Smart: Choose a well-ventilated area. Since you will be using a chlorine dioxide gas treatment, do not do this in an attached garage with the door closed. Outdoors or a carport is best.
2. Total Declutter: Remove everything from the car. This includes: floor mats, seat covers, personal items (sunglasses, charging cables, loose change), trash, etc.
3. Gear Up: Safety first. Have your protective gloves and an N95 mask ready, specifically for the gas treatment step.

How to use it: Activate a tab → spray → allow contact time → wipe clean.

To activate the tab, drop one tablet into a 32oz bottle of warm water as directed on the label and allow it to fully dissolve, creating a ready-to-use mixture. Apply the solution by wiping down visible mold, bacteria, or biofilm from surfaces, or use a sprayer for larger areas. Follow the label instructions, observe the recommended dwell time and rinse if required, then allow the surfaces to dry completely before moving on to the next detox step.

How to use it:

SPRAY: Lightly spray all interior surfaces such as seats, dashboards, carpets, and door panels.

WIPE: Use microfiber cloths to wipe everything clean, removing dust and contaminants.

DRY: Let the interior air dry completely before the next step.

Deodor Bomb uses patented Chlorine Dioxide (CIO2) gas to neutralize hidden mycotoxins, VOCs, and odors in the air and on surfaces.

The Why: Deodor Bomb releases a gas to reach and purify every nook & cranny, detoxing your car so you can finally breathe easy on every drive.

Important: Perform this step overnight. UV rays from sunlight can weaken the gas's performance. An overnight application protects the gas, allowing the full 12-hour cycle needed to penetrate and neutralize hidden contaminants.

How to use it:

Watch our 2‑minute YouTube tutorials—"Prep for Gas" and "Activate Deodor Bomb"—for a successful detox. This process is a miniature version of our Whole Home Detox solution and the principles are nearly identical.

1. CHOOSE YOUR BOMB:

• Compact Cars: 25g Bomb (up to 250 ft3)
• Large Cars/SUVs: 50g Bomb (up to 500 ft3)

2. PLACE THE BOMB: Place the bomb’s container on a raised, stable surface in the center of the car. Don’t open it yet. For even better performance place a battery powered fan in the car to circulate the gas. Do not place the fan directly over the Deodor Bomb. 

3. SEAL THE CAR: Turn the engine off. Close all windows and doors tightly.

4. ACTIVATE THE BOMB: Put your gloves and N95 mask. Place the provided sponge blue side down. Add warm water to the fill line. Exit and lock the car immediately. ⛔

5. WAIT: Allow the gas to work for 12 hours.

6. AIR IT OUT: Open all doors and windows to ventilate the vehicle. Use fans to expedite the airing-out process. Allow the vehicle to ventilate for several hours until any residual chlorine-like odor dissipates.

Safety Note: Chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) is a powerful oxidizer and can be hazardous in gas form. It may act as a respiratory irritant, and some individuals may be especially sensitive to it. If you experience symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, or difficulty breathing upon reentering the vehicle, exit immediately. Allow the car to continue ventilating thoroughly until the ClO₂ has fully broken down into harmless salt byproducts.
